106. For all services related to an application for provisional measures or foster care or services related to an application for the extension of immediate protective measures provided for in sections 47, 76.1 and 79 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1), the fees are as follows:

(1)  if there is discontinuance: $80;

(2)  if a final decision is rendered: $140.

106. For all services related to a motion for provisional measures or foster care or services related to a motion for the extension of immediate protective measures provided for in sections 47, 76.1 and 79 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1), the fees are as follows:

(1)  if there is discontinuance: $80;

(2)  if a final decision is rendered: $140.
